Overview
Creator Collective (“we,” “us”) provides coaching and related services for creators. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our website, apply, or work with us.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us (name, email, social handles, portfolio links).
- Application and onboarding information you submit (experience, niche, goals).
- Basic usage data from our site (e.g. pages viewed, device type) via standard analytics, where enabled.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate applications, deliver coaching, communicate with you, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (e.g. email, hosting, payment processing), only as needed for those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.
Your choices
You may contact us to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights, we will honor applicable requests as required by law.
TikTok and other connected social accounts
Creators in our program can connect their own social media accounts (including TikTok, via TikTok Login) to our dashboard to schedule and publish their own content.
- What we access: basic profile information (display name, avatar, account identifier) so you can confirm which account is connected, and the ability to upload and publish videos you explicitly choose to post.
- Tokens: access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted at rest and used only to perform the actions you request (publishing your content, reading your basic profile). We never use them to read private messages or act without your instruction.
- Posting: content is only ever published to your own connected account, at your explicit request or on a schedule you configured, with the caption and privacy settings you chose.
- Disconnecting and revoking: you can disconnect an account from the dashboard at any time, or revoke our access from within the platform's own settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps and websites). Disconnecting stops all future posting immediately.
- Retention: when you disconnect an account or leave the program, we delete the stored tokens for that account. Videos you published remain on your social account under your control.
