Connected social accounts

When you connect a social account (such as Instagram or TikTok) to Creator Collective, we store the account’s ID, username, and an access token. The token is used only to publish the posts you schedule to your own account. We never post without your action and never access other accounts.

Delete a connected account

• In your dashboard, open the settings page for the connected platform and click Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored connection, including the access token.
• You can also revoke our access from the platform itself (for Instagram: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites). Revoking access invalidates our token; you can then ask us to delete the remaining connection record using the contact below.

Delete your entire account

To delete your Creator Collective account and all personal data associated with it, email us from the address on your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
